About Oryx
The company was registered in October 1998 with a paid up capital of BD
100,000/- and is 100% Bahraini owned.
The company is licensed to operate as an independent insurance broker
in the Bahrain market, placing business with any insurance company registered
in Bahrain.
Oryx maintains a broker agreement with Gulf
Union Insurance & Reinsurance Co. BSC(c), Bahrain. However, Oryx,
as an independent entity is also able to place insurance with any other
insurance company in order to serve the best interest of its clients.
We are also pleased to be able to state that that we have been appointed
as brokers and consultants by many large public and private sector corporations,
and that the Oryx Management
team has over 50 years of combined experience in the Middle East, U.K.
and French insurance markets. More
